Most people are technology zombies these days. Updating the status of the relationship and taking pictures of food they eat is more important than the person sitting in front of them. 

Phone and other gadgets have become an important meddler in everybody's life these days and we complain about our Inability to focus and be present in the moment .

Masters and great leaders that's why believe in doing one thing at a time with monomaniacal focus instead of doing 100 things at once because that elevates their creativity and productivity.
