This was for a long time suspected that meditation boots immune system. Now  in an experiment carried out on a group of people, it is found how meditation affects the brain—and that it could help maintain a robust and healthy immune system. Meditation seemed to activate genes associated with the immune system. Specifically, researcher Vijayendran Chandran, a neuroscientist at the University of Florida has found 220 genes that are involved in generating an immune response as a consequence of meditation!
