All is diet for the sensitive individual.

Our diet is not only the food we consume or the water we drink. Our nourishment also depends on our environment.

The environment we allow ourselves to be placed in, the conditions by which we are surrounded and the circumstances that grow out of these conditions are all part of our diet. This is what nourishes us, and what is supposed to sustain us.

Our diet is what we listen to, what we watch, what we see, what we smell, taste, touch and what we think and feel.

All of these are the nutrients that feed our being and sustain our life force; Physical, Mental, Emotional and Energetic or Spiritual.

By allowing ourselves to be surrounded by external pressures we deprive ourselves of vital nutrients; Deep breath, relaxation and peace of mind.

The connection to our natural environment is paramount to the re-awakening of our natural charge and our natural balance.

Being mindful of our surroundings and being aware of our own energetic space and what we allow into that space is a good way to protect ourselves from external pressures and external influences.

It is through a re-connection with our own personal space and our own immediate environment that self-realisation and a deeper connection with the wider natural world may begin.

As the old adage goes -

"We are the products of our environment" 

Stay aware and stay sensitive!
